Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 17, 2026

These Terms govern your use of newhampshireregisteredagent.co (the "Site") and the registered agent services (the "Services") provided by New Hampshire Registered Agent.co ("we," "us," or "our"). Using our Site or Services means you agree to these Terms.

1. What We Provide

• A physical registered office address in New Hampshire for your business entity
• Acceptance of service of process, legal documents, and official correspondence during business hours
• Same-day scanning and electronic forwarding of received documents
• Annual report deadline reminders
• Secure online document vault access

2. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least 18, authorized to act for the business entity you are registering, and willing to provide accurate information during enrollment.

3. Pricing

• $99 per year
• Payment due at enrollment and each annual renewal
• We accept major credit cards and other methods shown on the Site
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after we notify you
• Prices may change with 30 days notice before renewal

4. Service Term

• Begins at enrollment, runs 12 months
• Renews automatically unless you cancel before renewal
• We send a reminder before each renewal

5. What You Agree To

• Keep your business and contact information accurate and current
• Tell us if your entity name, address, or contacts change
• Maintain your entity in good standing with the NH Secretary of State
• Act on forwarded documents within their deadlines
• Pay all state fees (annual report, change of agent) separately from our service fee

6. How We Handle Documents

• Accepted during business hours (Mon-Fri 9 AM - 5 PM ET)
• Scanned and forwarded electronically the same business day
• We are not responsible for the legal content or meaning of documents received
• Originals retained for a reasonable period, then securely destroyed

7. We Are Not Lawyers

New Hampshire Registered Agent.co is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, tax guidance, or formation counsel. We provide registered agent services only. Get a licensed attorney for legal questions.

8. Liability Limits

• Our total liability is capped at fees you paid in the preceding 12 months
• No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• No liability for delays caused by forces beyond our control

9. Cancellation

• Cancel anytime by emailing support@newhampshireregisteredagent.co
• Takes effect at end of current term
• No partial refunds except at our discretion
• You must designate a replacement agent with the state before your service ends

10. Indemnification

You hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

Posted here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Governing Law

New Hampshire law governs. Disputes resolved in NH courts.

13. Severability

If one provision fails, the rest stand.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms plus our Privacy Policy are the whole deal.
